Return and Exchange Policy
At Tire 1on, we are committed to customer satisfaction, and we strive to handle return and exchange requests in accordance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please read this policy before completing your purchase.
Cases where return or exchange is accepted
The customer can request a return or exchange in the following cases:
1. Receiving a different product from the one shown in the order.
2. Receiving a damaged or visibly defective product upon receipt.
3. Receiving a different size from the one recorded in the order, provided that the error is on our part.
Return or exchange request period
- A return or exchange request can be submitted within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
- After this period, a return or exchange request will only be accepted if covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (if available).
Conditions for accepting the returned or exchanged product
To accept the return or exchange request, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and not installed on the vehicle.
- The original box must be in good condition with all labels and accessories attached.
- Submission of the purchase invoice or the approved order number.
Cases where return is not accepted
- Products that have been used or installed on the vehicle.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper storage after receiving the product.
- Expiration of the return period without submitting a request.
How to submit a return or exchange request

Please mention the order number, explain the reason for the return or exchange, and attach photos of the product if necessary.
Refunds
- If the return request is accepted, the amount will be refunded through the same payment method used at purchase, within an estimated period of 7 to 14 working days after receiving and inspecting the product.
- In some cases, shipping or installation fees may not be refundable, and the customer will be informed clearly depending on the status of the order.
